New cafe/bar in Flinders?

Rumour has it that the small cafe space under the Flinders Building in Bay Terrace may be re-opening as a cafe during the day and a bar in the evening.

If this is the case, it will be joining a few other entertainment-style spots in Wynnum over the next month or so, including the new pizza joint in the IGA shopping centre and a Coffee Club in The Palais development in Bay Terrace (pictured left). Incidentally the wraps should be coming off this building pretty soon, WynnumCentral understands.
