Last week Oliver’s Bakehouse held its opening party with Masterchef contestant Neha Sen the guest of honour.
The official opening was at 6.30pm last Thursday – a time when you can normally guarantee that Edith Street is completely deserted, but on this evening there was a small crowd of about 50 there to meet the guest of honour and taste the dish she cooked up – scrambled eggs with an Indian twist (of course served on spelt bread).
If you’re quick they still have a few copies of Neha’s recipe in the bakery. Oliver’s Bakehouse now has a smart new website (www.oliversbakehouse.com.au) and a presence on Facebook. Check them out. Here are two more photos from the night…
