Republic votes in Citizen of the Year 2016

While the presidential appointment process was underway, another process that actually involved voting was underway. This year the Republic announced its Citizen of the Year 2016 – Utopia-Lee Richards. After nominations were sought, all citizens of the Republic were invited to vote in an online poll.
