Wynnum State School officially opened its doors in 2012 in a brand new facility in Boxgrove Road. The school brings together students from the old Lindum, Wynnum Central and Wynnum North state schools and has over 600 students from prep to year seven.
On Sunday 8th September the school will hold its very first fete and is welcoming everyone who would like to come along. It will be held from 10am-3pm and will have ‘lots’ of stalls and activities, anything from ‘crazy coloured hair’ to ‘poo lotto'(?) to ‘lob-a-choc’ (whatever these things are!). There will also be some more traditional stalls such as creative cupcakes and old English sweets. Something for everyone.
WynnumCentral will be there along with the Wynnum & Districts Chamber of Commerce. See you there!
