Meet Joel Ventnor at the market on Saturday

Joel is a remarkable 13 year old. When he was one year old he was diagnosed with a brain tumour, with doctors predicting he would not be able to walk or talk. Now he is learning to walk, write and read, although he still needs a wheelchair to get around. His family is now raising money in the local community to get a special vehicle modified to accommodate a wheelchair.
