Wynnum’s new developments prove popular
As reported in the Wynnum Herald this week (p22), the developers of Alto (a WynnumCentral Sponsor) – TRK Property Development – have already sold 40% of the 47 two and three bed apartments in the development. Prices start at $430,000 and go up to $1.1M for six three bed penthouse apartments. The development will feature a rooftop terrace and basement parking as well as retail stores and commercial offices when it opens in early to mid 2017.
On Wednesday next week (9th December) Wynnum real estate agent Re/Max Advantage will be showcasing a number of the new developments at an evening at their offices at 128 Bay Terrace. The evening starts at 6pm and the presentation will last around an hour.
