Out one sunny day in Wynnum who should we see but – Norm, Wilson and Sally. Wilson is an eleven year old miniature horse (we assumed he was a Shetland pony) who was originally bought by Norm as a present for his grandchildren. Now with the grandchildren a little older and less interested in their daily ride, Wilson still needs his daily exercise, which he gets – with Norm and Sally the dog – on trips to the shopping centre and back, a good 8km run.
It’s certainly a different pace of life!
